Bill Ross has an amazing blog about documentary films. Often obscure, and sometimes unavailable, Documentary Appreciation Class finds noteworthy films that have been lost to time or simply under-appreciated. Each blog entry includes synopses, a short clip from the film, and related links.
Highly recommend it.
